Boring

Mr. Gurdjieff said that results in the work come after long and prolonged efforts.
He emphasized that sometimes observing one's habits over time becomes
possibly boring. This is an important thing to understand, and also an indication
that one's work is paying off. The moment of apparent "boredom" or disinterest
in what one considers to be oneself, is the threshold of a new state.
