You get less choices as you get older,
a teacher often narrows his field of teaching to quite a small group of students.
Mr. Gurdjieff said a long time ago that knowledge is material, and so is energy we would add.
A small group of people can receive a large input of knowledge from a conscious teacher.
This would probably account for all the wonderful literature with have about his time
in France. He attracted a mature group of writers, each having a different by similiar experience
of the work. This is the gift we have today.
