Mr. Gurdjieff taught his students to listen to the real parts
of themselves. He often created situations to bring his
pupils to moments of crisis, the point of change.
Difficult decisions, intense energies, events to provoke
the most difficult and inbuilt behaviour.
Best not to pretend you know how to do this.
It takes a real teacher, because there is a great deal of
care and understanding when these types of situations are created.
The action of the work is never careless, on based on imagined powers.
One is responsible.
