We spoke in the last post about the fact that the work may
eventually become boring. A lot of people join a group and
eventually drift away to the next "bright shiny new thing".
When the work starts to kick up to the next level, a new
octave, it is often a difficult and intense time, most people
are not prepared to expose themselves to this. It takes a
certain commitment to the work, and a consistency in one's efforts.
This is why third line of work and an organized group are important.
There is a point where the work becomes "flat", it is no longer
exciting or flashy. Important here to keep making efforts, however small.
