Even towards the end of his life, he continued to work to maintain the state of being and presence he had achieved.
One can read that Mr. Gurdjieff was continually with students, continually dining, travelling, working, stimulating, reading, playing music and infusing them with the energy of his being. He quietly created an energy center of the work from his apartment in Paris.
