The work starts with sensing the machine, watching it working,
watching, what one thinks is oneself, it is actually the set of
functions, to which the real self is attached.
When crystallization occurs after long and prolonged work.
A new body will be formed, will fuse, and begin to function.
This is the body that is often referred to as the astral body.
Gurdjieff called it the Kesdjan body.
